Balsamic Salad Dressing
Quick and Healthy Dressing for you to make all year round with ingrediants from your pantry.

Equipment
- 1 Empty glass jar
Ingredients
- ⅓ Jar Oilve Oil
- ⅓ Jar Balsamic Vinegar
- ⅓ Jar Filtered Water
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ¼ tsp Xanthan Gum (more if a large jar)
- ¼ tsp Stevia powder (optional for sweetness)
Instructions
- Starting with an empty jar, fill it up with a 1/3 of each olive oil, vinegar and water.
- Next add all the seasonings and finally the xanthan gum.
- After securing the lid, shake up the whole bottle until the xanthan gum and seasonings are all combined.
- This can be stored at room temperature as no cheese or dairy is included.
- Note – you can interchange the vinegar for a different dressing eg. red wine vinegar work well.
