Hi I'm Kay

I’m a wife, homemaker, and homeschool mum of five who, for over 23 years, has attempted to create a home filled with love, peace, learning, books, conversations, cups of tea, and a whole lot of grace.

My heart is to encourage young wives and mums in the beautiful, demanding calling of nurturing those God has placed in their care. I know firsthand that this journey can feel overwhelming at times, but it can also be deeply meaningful, peaceful, and filled with joy.

Before motherhood and lesson plans, my story began with a worldwide adventure. At 19, I packed my bags, left England, and traveled the world, searching for the meaning of life.  Mercifully, after a series of crazy events, I met Jesus, my Lord and Savior. That moment changed everything. It shaped how I see life, family, our home, and the quiet power of days lived with purpose and intent.

Over the years, I’ve walked through many seasons: raising babies, home renovations, guiding teenagers, homeschooling through high school, and sending children off to college. I’ve learned that a little organization, a lot of grace, and faith at the center can transform a house into a place where love and learning truly thrive.

This space is where I share what I’ve gathered along the way. I share practical tools, gentle encouragement, and rhythms that help simplify home life and strengthen families. My hope is that you’ll find reassurance here, along with the reminder that you’re not alone and you’re doing holy work. Homemaking is a calling that shapes the lives of all who enter through our doors.

A few of my favorite things?
Tea—drinking it, collecting teacups, admiring teapots (this English girl is unapologetically obsessed).

So friend, welcome.

Pour yourself a cup of tea, settle in, and let’s walk this journey together—because home, family, and faith really are the sweetest adventures of all.
